Conditions of using Spinchester
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Spinchester Casino and every person who registers, deposits or plays on the platform. Reading them before you agree matters, because the account you open is a contract, and every clause below is enforceable against you.
The main drawback of accepting these terms is straightforward: Spinchester Casino operates without a UK Gambling Commission licence. UK players who use the platform do so outside the statutory protection framework of the Gambling Act 2005. Independent dispute resolution through a UKGC-approved ADR provider is not available. This is stated at the start so that the rest of the document is read in context.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to register. You must be legally permitted to gamble online in your country of residence and you must not be on any national or self-imposed exclusion list. The account must be opened in your own name, with your own identity documents, funded by a payment method that also belongs to you.
Residents of the United States, Poland, Georgia, Malta, Israel, the British Virgin Islands, the Netherlands Antilles, Afghanistan, Barbados, Cambodia, China, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Jordan, Haiti, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Panama, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, Lithuania, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen are not accepted for real-money play.
Stated plainly: opening an account from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these terms and results in immediate closure with forfeiture of any balance derived from the breach.
Account rules
One account per person, per household, per IP address, per device. Duplicate accounts are closed on discovery and the balances consolidated or withheld depending on the circumstances. Using a VPN to disguise your location is treated as a duplicate-account attempt and produces the same outcome.
You are responsible for keeping the login credentials secret. Any activity performed through your account is treated as your activity, whether or not you personally authorised it. Two-factor authentication is available and using it reduces the risk of unauthorised access considerably.
Selling, sharing or transferring the account to another person is prohibited. So is playing on someone else’s behalf.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is £20 or the equivalent in another supported currency. Supported currencies are GBP, EUR and TRY under the general terms, with USD available in the deposit interface. The payment method must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are reversed and the funds are not credited back.
Every deposit must be wagered at least once before you can request a withdrawal. Where a deposit is submitted with no wagering activity, the AML rule applies and the amount must be turned over three times before withdrawal is possible.
Replaceable Bitcoin transactions using Opt-in Replace-by-Fee are not accepted. Accounts that submit RBF-flagged deposits may be closed.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is £20. Standard weekly limits are capped at £3,000 and monthly limits at £15,000. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside these caps. High-value depositors may qualify for increased limits at the discretion of the payments team.
Verification is completed before the first withdrawal is released. The check requires a government-issued identity document, a recent proof of address and, where required by AML thresholds, evidence of the source of your funds. Failure to supply verifiable documentation results in the withdrawal being held indefinitely and the account being closed if the position remains unresolved.
Stated honestly: instant withdrawal is the platform’s stated goal, but the final crediting time depends on your payment provider. We can push the payment to the provider quickly; we cannot control what happens after that.
Bonuses
Every bonus offer is limited to one per person, per household, per IP, per device and per payment credential. The default wagering requirement is forty-five times the bonus amount unless the specific offer says otherwise. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is £5 or the equivalent, and breaching this cap voids the bonus and the winnings from it.
Bonuses are non-sticky. The bonus balance is only released after the wagering requirement is completed. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Only one bonus can be active at a time.
The main drawback of the welcome package is the withdrawal cap that applies to it. Cash winnings from the welcome bonuses are capped at £3,500 for players with three or fewer deposits. Winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at £50. These caps apply even if the actual balance is higher.
Players resident in Sweden are excluded from all bonuses, promotional offers, VIP rewards and comp-point exchanges.
Prohibited conduct
Exploitative play designed to abuse the bonus system, the loyalty system or a specific game mechanic is prohibited. So is collusion with other players, use of automated software or bots, and any behaviour that manipulates game outcomes.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support are treated as fraud. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent closure and forfeiture of the balance. Reporting software glitches immediately is required; exploiting a glitch after discovering it is treated as a breach.
Programming errors that credit incorrect winnings are corrected retroactively. Money credited by mistake is removed from the account whether or not it has been withdrawn.
Dormant accounts
An account with no activity for ninety days is classified as dormant. Spinchester Casino reserves the right to close a dormant account and retain the remaining balance. Reactivation before closure is possible through a support request.
Liability
Spinchester Casino does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform. Technical faults, including software errors, hardware failures and communication failures, are not covered by any express or implied warranty of continuous availability.
You are responsible for reporting your winnings to the tax authority in your country of residence and for paying any tax due. The platform does not withhold tax on your behalf.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, changes in the platform or changes in operational practice. Material updates are announced through the account interface. Continued use after an update signals acceptance of the new version.
